Ordering information:  If you would like to make a purchase from damselfly, please email me at heidi@damselflyartstudio.com. Include in the email the item type, number, price, as well as your name, complete address and contact information (phone number, additional email, etc.). I will answer your email with more information about your order. If the item is in stock, the invoice will include a link to PayPal. Login to PayPal and follow the instructions.  Payment methods include Paypal, money order, or cashiers check.  You may use your credit card or personal check only through PayPal.
Once payment has been received your order can be shipped on the next shipping day.
Your order will be shipped (except for custom orders) once payment has been received and verified.

Shipping: I'm happy to combine shipping on any of my items purchased together, however please make ONLY ONE payment for all combined items. Buyer pays $4.95 for shipping and handling on first item and $1.00 for each additional item (shipped to same address) via first class mail WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
USPS priority WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION ($5.95 for first item and $1.00 for each additional item shipped to same address) is recommended and available upon request. In-stock items are shipped within 48 hours.
International rates vary, so please email Heidi before submitting payment.

Insurance is $1.35 up to $50.00, $2.30 up to $100.00. Over $100.00, add $1.05 for each $100.00 increment.
Insurance is optional, but highly recommended.  Without insurance, Damselfly holds no responsibility once the item is shipped out.
